Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

Users can cancel their KirayaKhata ERP subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not trigger an automatic refund of the remaining subscription period. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

As a digital service provider (SaaS), Gkon Technologies generally maintains a No-Refund Policy once a subscription is activated. Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Technical failure on our end that prevents you from using the software for more than 7 consecutive days.
  • Double payment due to a technical glitch in the payment gateway.
3. Free Trial & Demo

We provide a free demo and/or trial period to ensure KirayaKhata meets your business needs. We strongly encourage customers to evaluate the software during the demo phase before making a payment.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by our management, it will be processed within 7-10 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) used during the purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to sales@gkontechnologies.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
